The MD Training Service have 3 qualified CIEH Bi-Lingual Trainers (English and Chinese) who has the experiences to improve the food safety or food quality standard of your business or knowledge in working within the food premises using the Safer Food Better Business manual. These include:
The MD Training Service works with local councils across the Northwest ensuring that the Food Safety Standard is maintained and managed through our professional training in the language that the participants understand. Unlike any other training providers, there will be no interpreter in between the course, thus create a better interaction with participants and saving precious time so that you can focus more to your business and meeting the food safety standards.
Moreover, we will also conduct a free of charge assessment of your Safer Food Better Business management system, which is required by law.

You can choose the day you want to attend the course, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please do not hesitate to speak to any member of the trainers if you require any help or assistance during the course.
