We work closely with the Councils to ensure you are up to date with the food safety standard. Once you have registered to our course, our service will include the following:-
Knowledge Based Preparation 1/2 day session at one of the Local Council's Venue
- (FREE)
1. How to use and complete SFBB manual.
2. How to complete the Allergens Chart to meet the new legislation requirement.
3. E.coli O157: control of cross-contamination.
Follow-up & Onsite bespoke training programme
- £210 for 2 people + Travel (£10 depend on distance) and additional people at £85 per person
4. Safer Food Better Business (SFBB) manual follow up to ensure that it is completed
properly.
5. SFBB Training video session (in 16 x languages) which covers:
• Cross Contamination
• Cleaning
• Chilling
• Cooking
• Management
• Diary
6. Allergens Chart follow up to ensure that the table is completed properly.
7. Bespoke Business Premises Video/Photographic session which covers all aspect of
improvements required to meet the food safety standard.
8. Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Level 2 Award in Food Safety in
Catering / Retailing / Manufacturing course including examination (additional cost for exam).
9. Provide translation of any council’s food hygiene reports or notices served.
10. Receive a 3 years agreement Training Programme Certificate issued by MD Training
Service.
Post Training Programme follow up
- (Included as part of the training programme)
11. CIEH Certificate will be delivered by hand.
12. Provide a free 15-20 minutes onsite consultation on checking the SFBB manual,
Allergens Chart and also anything relating to food safety practices.
Please note: If the free consultation session exceed the time limit of 15 - 20 mins.
The consultant will advise you that the consultation will be a chargeable session (£55)
of a minimum of 1 hour.
This normally happens if there are still too many food safety related issues / risks /
improvements that you have not managed to put into practice.
13. Provide support in completing the Local Council’s re-rating application form to improve
the food hygiene rating.
14. Provide a 3 years telephone, email and text support on anything relating food safety.
Optional Services
Consultation 顧問服務 (Optional)
- £65 per hour + Travel (normally £10)
1. Onsite visit 現場拜訪
2. Up to 5 staff per session 可有五名員工參與
3. Full SFBB assessment 食物安全管理系統SFBB的評估
4. Interpret any Improvement Notices served 解釋改善通知書
5. Verbally brief responsible staff to carry out necessary tasks 講解員工的負責及任務
6. Visually check areas where there are problems or require improvement 檢查有問題或需
要改善的地方及場地
7. Provide professional recommendation to meet the requirement of Improvement Notice
served. 提供專業的建議, 達到改善通知書的要求
8. Recommend best practice in meeting the Food Safety Standard and comply with the
Legislation. 建議最好的做法, 達到食物安全標準及遵守法律
9. Follow up visit for 15- 20 minutes – usually after 2 weeks (Exceed time limit will be
charge a an hour consultation fee) 跟進拜訪 - 通常兩星期後 - 有15分鐘的顧問服務 (如超
過這時間，另加一小時的顧問費 £65)
